Our AGM and family meeting will be taking place after the Sunday service at 12:30pm on October 24. If you are planning on attending, either online or in the building please register so we have an idea of numbers. For those joining online we will be using the same Zoom link as for the regular Sunday service which can be found here.
This is a great opportunity to come together as a church family as we prepare for the coming year. If you have any particular issues or topics you would like to talk about at the meeting, you can presubmit them here and we will try and get to them during the meeting if possible. There will also be open discussions during the meeting.
There is currently a limit of 50 people permitted in the building for the purpose of the AGM so if you are intending to attend please register to ensure there is a space for you.
Alternatively we will be showing the meeting online and you can participate via Zoom using the regular Sunday Service link. We will be providing a light lunch for those in the building before the AGM starts. If you have any special dietary needs, please let us know when you register and we can try our best to accommodate you.
Our AGM package is now ready and has been emailed out to our members. If you are not a member but would like to read through the AGM package before the meeting, please let us know when you register and we can email you a copy. We do also have a limited number of printed copies available if preferred. We would encourage you to read through the package before the AGM as this will help to keep the business portion of our meeting as short as possible and allow more time for open discussion.
