Our Annual General Meeting will be taking place after the Sunday service at 12:30pm on October 27. Please save the date! We will be voting on board positions during the AGM portion of the meeting.
This is a great opportunity to come together as a church family as we prepare for the coming year.
All are welcome to attend the meeting which will be available online using the regular Sunday Zoom link, but only members present in person or who have appointed a proxy can participate in the vote. If you are attending, we would encourage you to register to let us know you will be there.
We will be providing food before the AGM starts. If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know when you register so we can accommodate you.
