Job Opportunity - Associate Pastor - Next Generation Focus

We are looking for a Next-Gen Associate Pastor to join our team on a full-time basis.

The focus of this position would be twofold. The primary focus would be to provide pastoral leadership to our children’s ministry, and to develop a pre-teen ministry that will eventually become a youth ministry at Redemption Church. This role would also maintain general pastoral duties that contribute to the life of the church in its current state and future direction.
