In this message we have the privilege of hearing from Pastor Ben as he reflects upon the center of the Lord’s prayer, “on earth as it is in heaven.” Darrell Johnson notes that not only is “on earth as it is in heaven” at the very center of the Lord’s prayer, but this phrase is also at the center of the sermon on the mount (Matthew 5-7). Perhaps it’s helpful for us to consider “on earth as it is in heaven” as the very center of what we call “the gospel.”
